Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the Lovebox and all included accessories in the original retail box to ensure the electronic components are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the device, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
